As Director, I managed comprehensive marketing services for 17 diverse clients, orchestrating client acquisition, scope development, contract negotiations, strategy, and creative execution across sports, hospitality, retail, and entertainment.
I built and mentored a team of 60 student marketers, focusing on professional development while ensuring exceptional client deliverables. Strong client relationships were maintained through regular communication, progress reporting, and strategic business consultations.
Collaborating with faculty and professional advisors, I continuously elevated agency standards and incorporated industry best practices, establishing systems that position HYPE as a unique educational opportunity among higher-education institutions nationwide.
